Ioana Mindru, RomaniaMy main activity is related to cross-border cooperation programmes, starting with European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the 2007-2013 programming period, whilst most of my work experience has been within the Managing Authority for Romania-Republic of Serbia IPA CBC financed from the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), for 2007-2013, 2014-2020 and 2021-2027 programming periods, dealing with almost all aspects related to programme management, such as programming, audit, financial management, technical assistance management, projects contracting and public procurements.
After 20 years of working with EU funds and being involved in the management of several programmes and experiencing a broad field of activities, I continue to enjoy my work, to find it as both challenging and an opportunity for professional and personal growth.
